The property consisted of a two-bedroom loft style penthouse in an iconic factory conversion in East London. The property required a complete renovation except for the existing floors. The major issue with the property was lack of storage both on the ground floor and also in the bedrooms. New custom made units were installed around the existing staircase and in the newly created entrance area. In the main bedroom new custom made units around the bed, and new walk in wardrobe units designed and installed. In the second bedroom, which also served as an office a new pull down bed was designed and installed as well as movable office furniture. The lighting was completely rethought with new more powerful wall and ceiling lights in the main living space, in the reconfigured an updated bathroom and in the bedrooms. The bathroom was completely modernised with new hand basin, bath, taps and feature tiling to add that wow factor! The decoration whilst remaining neutral was enhanced by new curtains and feature wallpaper.
